Terms and Conditions
- The seller, Soop Kart PH, has the right to post the personal details of the buyer only if the buyer is a BOGUS BUYER or JOY RESERVER.
- Cancellation fee is 20% of the product. At some instances cancellation is NOT ALLOWED.
- Downpayments are NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Reservations for ONHAND items are 3 days only.
- PASABUYS are PAYO (Pay as you order). Orders will not be secured until the Downpayment is received.
- For Yangdo Pasabuys, Full PAYO is needed to secure the items.
- Buyers who do not respond and are inactive for 20 days will have their orders forfeited. The product will be up for sale or unclaimable. NO REFUNDS.
- Small damages and dents on the outbox cannot be a reason for refund. Outboxes are used to protect the actual product inside.
- There might be uncontrollable delays on the shipping of the product thus, we ask for your patience.
- Damages that are done after the product is shipped is not our responsibility anymore. We pack our items carefully so that it will arrive at its best quality.
- Refunds will only be made once an item has an unboxing video and has evidence that the item is visibly damaged.
- The refund will be completed once the buyer returned the product for shipping. The shipping fee for returns shall be provided by the buyer.
